Ingredients
4 medium zucchinis
1 jar of Mareli Original or Spicy Marinara Sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
Wash the zucchinis and trim the ends.
Use a spiralizer to turn the zucchinis into noodles. If you don’t have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to create thin ribbons or a sharp knife to make thin strips.
Cook the Garlic: Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add the Zucchini Noodles: Add the zucchini noodles to the pan with the garlic. Sauté the noodles for 2-3 minutes, just until they start to soften. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Note: Avoid overcooking the noodles, as they can become mushy. They should be al dente.
Warm the Mareli Marinara Sauce:
In a separate saucepan, gently warm the Mareli Marinara Sauce over medium heat. You can choose between the Original flavor for a classic taste or the Spicy version for an extra kick.
Combine and Serve: Once the sauce is heated, combine it with the sautéed zucchini noodles. Toss gently to coat the noodles evenly.
Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves, if desired.
