This dish is a great way to enjoy a variety of vegetables in a flavorful, spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 jar of Mareli Spicy Marinara Sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of snap peas
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free option)
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and slice all your vegetables. Keep them ready as stir-frying is a quick process.
- Heat the Oil
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Stir-Fry the Veggies: Add the onions and garlic to the wok and stir-fry for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the harder vegetables first – carrots and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
- Next, add the bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, and snap peas. Continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add the Mareli Spicy Marinara Sauce
- Lower the heat to medium and pour in the Mareli Spicy Marinara Sauce. Stir well to coat the vegetables.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes to heat the sauce through and combine the flavors.
- Garnish and Serve: Take the wok off the heat. Garnish your Veggie Stir-Fry with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
