My fascination with pure food and fresh flavors is taking me to Italy’s prestigious Alma Scuola Internazionale Di Cucina Italiana to realize my dream of becoming a professional chef!
 
The culinary curiosity that started in my mother’s kitchen during childhood in Colombia bloomed into Mareli Foods—homemade pasta sauces, blending my vibrant Colombian heritage with the rich traditions of Italian cuisine. Through Mareli Foods, I found a way to share my passion for creating authentic flavors without compromise. At ALMA, I see the opportunity of a lifetime to hone my craft further and continue my culinary journey. The ICP Italian Culinary Program at Alma Scuola Internazionale Di Cucina Italiana will elevate my culinary journey by developing my palate as I master the preparation and presentation of the finest Italian cuisine. This immersive experience will allow me to explore new avenues of creative expression through food and deepen my appreciation for the nuanced ingredient combinations and techniques intrinsic to Italian culinary tradition. Moreover, I am eager to delve into Italian cuisine’s rich history and theory, fostering a true sense of food artistry that will shape my future as a chef.
